LNG Gasification Station
SGL LNG gasification pressure regulating station characterized by high precision, compact structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance, and short construction period is applicable to the pressure regulation of gas used by users from cities and towns, communities or industrial areas and commercial areas where long-distance pipeline networks cannot be laid.
LNG, which can also be used as urban peak shaving equipment and standby equipment, is to purify and cool the gaseous natural gas, store and transport it at low temperature to the liquefied natural gas gasification station for gasification, pressure regulation, metering and odorization, and send it to the pipe network to supply it all kinds of users.
Process flow: the liquefied natural gas sent by the LNG tanker pressurizes the liquid in the tanker through the supercharger at the unloading position, and then it is charged into the LNG storage tank via the principle of differential pressure. When in use, the liquefied natural gas in the storage tank is pressurized by the self-pressurization system of the storage tank, or pressurized by the low-temperature pump, and then discharged to the LNG air temperature gasifier for gasification (the water bath heater shall be equipped in winter in northern China). Finally, the heated natural gas is regulated, measured, odorized and sent to the pipe network.
The liquefied natural gas in the unloading pipe connecting the LNG tanker and the LNG storage tank is evacuated by the EAG heater. If the pressure in the LNG storage tank is too high, it shall be vaporized by the BOG heater and then sent to the pre-pressure regulation system, or evacuated by the EAG heater.
