In 2022, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu SGTek Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., was established in the Funing Economic Development Zone in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. As a professional manufacturer of industrial control valves, SGTek provides control valve solutions for customers in the petroleum, natural gas, and chemical industries.
With over a decade of deep expertise in the oil and gas control valve sector, the company specializes in the R&D and production of self-operated pressure regulators, smart electric control valves, and ball valves, and possesses extensive industry experience and technical strength. Additionally, the company designs and manufactures gas pressure regulating skids, offering clients customized, one-stop solutions for gas regulation, metering, and station control
SGTek holds comprehensive manufacturing qualifications, including a Grade A1 Manufacturing License for Metallic Valves, a Grade B Manufacturing License for Emergency Shut-off Valves, and a Grade A2 Manufacturing License for Pressure Vessels. The company is certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, and its laboratory is accredited by CNAS. Master Core Technology, Create Excellent Quality
In April, SGTek passed the on-site factory inspection of China Resources Group. Since then, production for all the projects of China Resources has been implemented at the new factory.
SGTek passed the on-site factory inspection by ENN Group and Ningbo China Resources Xingguang Gas Co., Ltd.
By April, all requirements for the production of pressure regulating boxes were satisfied.
By May, all requirements for the production of pressure regulators were satisfied.
Our gas pressure regulators and shut-off valves got certified with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (CE-PED).
In May, the Company received the production license for metal valves and emergency shut-off valves for special equipment (TS certification).
In October, the Company started to work on the establishment of SGTek Yancheng.
In November, the Company was shortlisted for supply of domestically manufactured main regulators-pressure regulating cabinets to China Resources Group.
In June, the Company passed ASME U certification.
SGTek succeeded in winning a batch of key projects, including Dinghumen Station of ENN Group in Zhaoqing, Annual Pressure Regulating Box Procurement Project of Guangzhou Gas Group, and Baochang Project Phase II of Shenzhen Gas.

In February, the Company filed its first applications for 7 utility model patents and 1 invention patent, and subsequently received corresponding patent certificates.
In December, the Company received the production license for Class A1 pressure vessels.
In March, the Company expanded its production capacity through a new northern facility.
In July, the Company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo SGTek Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., for R&D and production of pressure regulators.
In November, the Company attended the 16th China International Gas, Heating Technology and Equipment Exhibition held in Jinan.
In September, the Company won the bid for Dongxiangmen Station of the Wenzhou Urban Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Project Phase I.
In July, the Company received the production license for gas pressure regulating boxes, and officially commenced production of gas pressure regulating boxes.
In September, the pressure regulator R&D project team was officially launched.
