Gas filters

The filter is designed and manufactured to comply with GB/T36051 Gas Filters, GB/T150 Pressure Vessels, and TSG21 Safety Technical Supervision Regulation for Stationary Pressure Vessels. It consists of a pressure vessel body, filter element, flange head or quick-opening blind plate head, differential pressure gauge, and drain valve. The filter features easy installation and maintenance, with stainless steel mesh or non-woven fabric filter elements that provide large filtration area and low pressure drop. Filtered particles are concentrated at the bottom for discharge. The stainless steel mesh filter element is reusable after cleaning, and the filter's clogging status can be determined by the differential pressure gauge reading.

Structural Characteristics
