Pig Launcher/Receiver, design and manufacturing comply with GB/T 150 "Pressure Vessel" and TSG 21 "Code for Safety Engineering Supervision of Stationary Pressure Containers". The pigging system mainly consists of pig (pipeline cleaning tool with interference fit to inner wall), launcher (installed at pipeline start point), receiver (installed at pipeline end point), and electronic tracking system (including transmitter, receiver, and pig indicator). The pig is propelled by air pressure to push accumulated scale and debris out of the pipeline. The electronic tracking system monitors pig movement and provides precise location if stuck.
The launcher/receiver typically features quick-opening blind plate (for rapid operation), pig indicator (for process monitoring), and compact design (suitable for routine maintenance). Applicable for natural gas, crude oil, and refined petroleum products.
